The holidays can be tough no matter who you are, but we've really got to hand it to all the single moms and dads out there. There is nothing more special than becoming a parent. It's hard enough having two parents helping care for a child let alone doing it on your own. We're here to tell you that you're amazing and you can do literally anything! 

After becoming a parent, everything changes from your outlook on life, love for another human, sleep schedule, and yes, dating as a single parent. I can barely manage dating as a non-parent, so major props to everyone getting back out there and sleighing it. You deserve a night out so find your favorite babysitter, go for that much deserved manicure, put on that little black dress you've been dying to wear and enjoy yourself. If there's one thing I've learned from my single-parent friends, it's don't be afraid to ask for help. You've got tons of supporters you probably don't even realize. I'm always happy to be a kid's "favorite aunt" for the evening while the parent gets some much needed time away.
